Outdoor Olefin Fabric

Olefin is premium quality of outdoor fabric which provides the exclusive solution for your comfort. Color fastness to light, chlorinated pool water, anti bacterial, anti mildew, and UV resistance. Even though Olefin is lesser known than the other fabric but more durable and wears less over time! On top of that, olefin fabric is free of substances which might be harmful to humans and the environment. Entirely safe for direct skin contact. Choose your favorite from the wide range of colors and design we provide for the cushion.

Care Instructions

Olefin fabric, that is 100% Olefin, is taking patio furniture by storm because of their strength and durability. The production of olefin is very environmentally friendly. It creates no waste in the process

  1. Store cushions separately from furniture to prevent possible transfer of moisture.
  2. Wipe spills with a clean, dry cloth.
  3. Wash the fabrics with lukewarm water and line dried or tumble-dried with gentle or no heat. It is necessary not to use of harsh cleaners and abrasives. For the stubborn stains, mix one part bleach and two part water.
  4. Avoid ironing olefin as heat will damage the fabric. Hang dry the fabric and it will keep the wrinkles away.
  5. For the stubborn stains, mix one part bleach and two part water.

Outdoor Sunbrella Premium

Sunbrella premium is the softly textured outdoor fabric with stunning premium color options. Made of solution dyed acrylic, this fabric has the touch and feel of indoor fabrics but are much easier to care for and clean. Designed to be highly water repellent, breathable to prevent condensation. Excellent color fastness to light, the color will stay beautiful for a long time even in the inclement outdoor weather.

Care Instructions

This fabric resist the degrading effects of long-term sunlight exposure, so it requires minimal maintenance.

Care Instructions
  1. Vacuum and wipe regularly with a dry soft cloth to remove dust.
  2. If drink/food is spilled, act promptly to remove them with a paper towel. If the stain has already dried, gently brush off any excess material, then dab softly with a damp cloth or sponge.
  3. Put a clean cloth on the back of the stained area to absorb excess moisture.
  4. Take off the cushion fabric and wash it using mild detergent. Ordinary laundry detergents destroys the fabric. Ordinary detergent with residue stops water repellency, breathability, wicking, and moisture transfer. It attacks fibers, adhesives, elastomers, colors, and coatings. Please use residue-free detergent or dish detergent.
  5. If you put the fabric in the dryer use a low heat setting. Ironing the fabric is not recommended. Heat can damage delicate fabrics.

Wicker

Our wicker furniture is made of premium synthetic fiber as weaving material that comes with different colors, patterns, looms, and effects. The materials are tear free, weather resistant, and colorfast. It is 100% recyclable and resistant to chlorine and salt water. When the temperature is low, the weave will become somewhat stiffer than normal and in extremely high temperature the weave will become more elastic. The furniture will retain its normal elastic property once the temperature stabilizes.

Care Instructions

Synthetic outdoor wicker is exceptionally stable, durable, and is through dyed and textured to maintain its fabulous looks. Very little maintenance is required. We do recommend a periodic cleaning to remove any dirt, dust, or oils that may collect over time to keep your wicker looking new.

  1. Cover or store away from snow when not in use.
  2. The textured-surface fibers can retain light dust or dirt. Light dry brushing with a soft bristle brush will simply do. You can also wash down with clean water from a hose with strong pressure.
  3. For the sticky dirt, use a non-foaming cleanser with water and a low-pressure hose to rinse off. Wipe off the dirt with lint free snag-free cloth or soft bristle brush.
  4. In the even that you have caked on mud, food, or other grime, use a medium bristle brush and a mild detergent, clean with water.

Wood

Wood Care Instructions

Wood does not require any special maintenance routine. Left outside, the exposed surfaces of the furniture will become a soft silvery grey in color. Yet the extreme weather will cause some surface erosion leading to slight surface roughness. However, this does not affect the durability of wood furniture.

  1. Cover or store away from sunlight when not in use and the temperature extremely rise or drop low.
  2. Upon the spills, please immediately wipe off with the dry, soft cloth.
  3. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents and scratching with sharp objects. Aggressive cleaning should not be necessary.
  4. Use fresh water only; spray the frames down thoroughly at a high hose pressure. Let it dry.

Stainless Steel

We use #304 grade stainless steel. It is the most versatile and the most widely used of all stainless steels. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weld ability and corrosion resistance provide the best all-round performance stainless steel.

Low maintenance, long life and versatile, stainless steel is practical, durable and aesthetically pleasing on the eye. It has excellent bending and welding characteristics, thus easy to give any shape regardless of losing properties.

Stainless steel is generally resistant to corrosion. And yet natural hazards such as dust and moisture in the air can attack the finish on this type of outdoor furniture. A regular cleaning of stainless steel frame is required on a monthly basis to remove the natural deposits.

Slings Care Instructions

The fact that there is no moisture absorption results in quick-drying action, little sensitivity to staining, and require almost no maintenance.

  1. Clean regularly by simply use a sponge with soapy water. Let it air dry in the open place. The fabrics dry very quickly because of their open structure.
  2. For stubborn stains, mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild detergent. Apply with brush and rinse thoroughly. Please do not use solvent type materials, for that will cause brittle to the material.
  3. It is advisable to use Barlow Tyrie Woven and Textile Cleaner, which was developed to prevent unsightly residue remaining after the cleaning process.

Rope

Polyester blended ropes are stronger and more abrasion resistant than nylon rope. Unlike nylon rope, polyester has a low stretch factor. This is the exact reason on why polyester a popular choice for boating, marine, and outdoor furniture applications.

Rope Care Instructions

It is strictly advised not to pull hard on the material as it can be stretched out of shape.

  1. For regular cleaning, gently dust off the fabric with vacuum cleaner or non- metallic soft brush.
  2. If the dirt has piled up for some time, wash it tenderly with a soft brush or sponge with mild natural soapy water.
  3. Rinse well and let it air dry on the open area, well spread out for air circulation. Do not use solvents or abrasives that may be harmful for damaging the textiles or fabric materials.

Metal

All metal components are powder-coated making it resistant to corrosion and scratching. Our metal material features an optimum quality; lightweight and highly weather resistant makes it excellent for outdoor use. The powder coating process on metal frames involves adding different colors, scratch proof surface, protection from corrosion to make the furniture pieces classic and timeless. It will protect the furniture from corrosion from long exposure to the weather change.

Metal Care Instructions

Although made to withstand the rigorous outdoor environment, regular care and maintenance will benefit the furniture.

  1. Cover or store indoors when not in use and the temperature extremely rise or drop low.
  2. Upon the spills, please immediately wipe off with the dry, soft cloth.
  3. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents and scratching with sharp objects. Aggressive cleaning should not be necessary.
  4. For dirt and debris, clean the metal components using an all-purpose cleaner, spray with sponge or a soft cloth until all the dirt is gone. The last step should be to dry with soft towel. Pat the damp area gently as it dry off.

Ceramic

We use semi aniline leather that is softer and more supple than other types of leather. It has the natural beauty of leather with more durability and color consistency. This type of leather comes with a thin protective coat which protects the material from staining and wearing out. It has an inherent water resistance, making it much easier to clean than fabric if you accidentally spill something.

  2. Do not use a hairdryer and do not dry in direct sunlight, otherwise the leather can shrink.
  3. Use leather care products for stubborn stains, wipe it, don’t rub too hard.
  4. Metallic sponges and abrasive cleaners are not suitable, as they can cause differences in the product's lustre after cleaning.
  5. Don’t use aggressive solvents (acetone, nail polish remover, turpentine etc.) or abrasive liquids as it will leave damage.
