How soon will I hear back?
A member of the team replies within one working day, usually sooner. For anything urgent about a live order, call the showroom directly.
Can I see a piece before I buy?
Yes. Visit the Glenmarie flagship to sit in the furniture and compare finishes against physical samples, with a designer on hand. Larger pieces are best seen by appointment.
Where do you deliver?
Across Malaysia and Singapore. Delivery, assembly and placement are coordinated with you: once your order is confirmed, we call you to schedule delivery.
How does payment work?
Online, by card, FPX online banking or DuitNow QR, or by bank transfer, for the total shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed as soon as your payment goes through. The full detail is on the payment page.
