About our armchairs
Consider the proportion of your room and the posture you prefer. A lower seat with a deep lounge profile invites relaxation in a living area, while structured dining armchairs support long meals at the table. Each piece is drawn by our studio and brought to life in solid teak, supple leather, and tactile fabrics. Choose tactile upholstery to add warmth to quiet corners, or pair matching frames for a balanced seating arrangement. Built to our standard from honest materials, these armchairs age well and remain a grounding presence in any interior.
Armchairs, in use.
- Walkways
- Keep 80 to 90 cm clear where people pass behind or beside the seating.
- The coffee table
- 40 to 45 cm between sofa edge and table: close enough to reach, far enough to walk.
- Conversation
- Seats facing each other work best 2.5 to 3 m apart, centre to centre.
- Scale
- A sofa reads right when it fills roughly two thirds of the wall it sits against.
