Who you are buying from

Prices
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The price of a piece is the price you pay for it as you configure it; at checkout only delivery is added, shown before you place your order, or emailed to you before you pay where we arrange the delivery separately. We may update prices from time to time; if a price changes while a piece is in your cart, checkout shows you the new price before you place your order.
Orders
You pay when you place your order: online, by card, FPX online banking or DuitNow QR on the secure page of our payment provider, HitPay, or by bank transfer with your order number as the reference (we show and email our bank details). Your order is confirmed when the payment goes through, and we then begin preparing your piece. If a piece cannot be supplied as ordered, we tell you before you pay, or refund you in full to the way you paid if you already have.
Pieces prepared to order
Many pieces are produced for you once you order. These are non-returnable, and they can’t be changed once production has begun. See our returns page for how we handle any issue.
Natural materials
Our pieces use natural wood and weaves. Grain, tone and figure vary from piece to piece, so a little variation from the photos is normal and part of their character.
Delivery
We deliver across Malaysia and Singapore. Lead times are shown on each product page. Delivery is priced at checkout for your address, or, where we arrange it separately, emailed to you with your final total before you pay. See our shipping page for details.
