Trade or Contract: which is mine?
One considered residence belongs with DD Trade; repeated rooms, larger quantities or programme-led delivery with DD Contract.
Account or enquiry first?
Residential practices apply for the account and start the day it is approved; Contract projects start with the brief.
What does approval activate?
Professional pricing on eligible pieces, the project workspace, samples, and client-ready documents.
How does professional pricing work?
Sign in to see your price; every quotation confirms it line by line. We do not publish a percentage.
Is there a minimum order?
Your quotation states any quantity terms clearly; custom Contract lines carry minimum order quantities.
Buy directly, or one quotation?
Both work: purchase eligible pieces directly, or consolidate a whole selection into one quotation from the workspace.
How do samples and specifications work?
Samples come to your studio or wait at Glenmarie; specification sheets and finish records live in the resource library.
How are making windows confirmed?
Each quotation states the window; your exact dates are confirmed in writing on the order.
What payment terms apply?
Residential orders begin on a 50% deposit with the balance before delivery; Contract terms are set in the project proposal.
What changes for commercial warranty?
Warranty terms are stated per piece; the Contract proposal confirms cover for commercial settings in writing.
Can Contract develop custom pieces?
Yes, to your specification beside the standard collection; custom lines carry minimum order quantities.
