How delivery works
Across Malaysia and Singapore. For larger pieces we arrange carry-in delivery by appointment, placed properly in the room you choose.
Every product page shows its lead time clearly. Pieces in stock leave first; everything else arrives in the weeks shown on the page, counted from when your order is confirmed.
Shown at checkout for your address, based on your items and where they are going. Where we arrange a delivery separately (East Malaysia, for example), checkout says so, and we email your final total, delivery included, before you pay.

Tell us about lifts, stairs or tight access in advance and we plan the day properly and bring the right help. Placement in the room you choose comes with every larger piece.

Larger pieces are carried in by hand, set in place in the room you choose, and left exactly as they should be. It is the delivery we would want for our own home.

Where do you deliver?
Across Malaysia and Singapore. Delivery, assembly and placement are coordinated with you: once your order is confirmed, we call you to schedule delivery. Trade and Contract orders deliver worldwide through the professional programme.
How long will delivery take?
Pieces made for you are typically delivered in 9 to 11 weeks; the exact window is on the product page and confirmed with your order. In-stock pieces move faster.
Will you assemble and place the piece?
For larger pieces we arrange carry-in delivery by appointment, so someone brings them in, assembles where needed, and places them in the room of your choice.
Do you remove the packaging?
Where the carry-in service applies, packaging is taken away after placement so you are left with the finished room.
