- Natural variation in teak, grain and colour, and the way teak mellows over time. This is the beauty of real wood.
- Normal wear, and changes from exposure to sunlight, heat or humidity.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations or improper care.
- Items sold as clearance, ex-display or as-is.
- Commercial or contract use, unless a contract warranty is agreed in writing.
