    Place your order online

    Choose your pieces, finishes and delivery, and place your order at checkout. You see the full price before you pay: every piece, delivery to your address, and the total.

    Pay online or by bank transfer

    Pay on our payment provider's secure page, by card, FPX online banking or DuitNow QR, or by bank transfer with your order number as the reference. Your card and bank details go to the payment provider, never to us.

    Confirmed, made and delivered

    We confirm your order as soon as your payment goes through. Pieces in stock are prepared for delivery, pieces made for you go into production, and we call you to schedule delivery.

Bank transferOnline banking or a transfer at your bank, to our company account. The details appear when you place your order and in your order email.

How do I pay?

Online, by card, FPX online banking or DuitNow QR on our payment provider's secure page, or by bank transfer with your order number as the reference. The bank details are in your order email.

When is my order confirmed?

As soon as your payment goes through. We email you, and we call you to schedule delivery.

Do I pay the full amount?

Yes, the total shown at checkout: your pieces and delivery to your address. Where delivery needs a quote, we email your final total before you pay.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, online at checkout, and in the showroom.

Is my card safe?

You pay on the secure page of our payment provider, HitPay. Your card details go to HitPay and never reach us.

Can I pay an invoice online?

Yes. The invoice we email you has a Pay now button for the amount due.

Is financing available?

For trade and contract orders, invoicing and terms are arranged through the professional programme. For anything specific, talk to the team.
