Three identical Caro tables repeated down one dining hall: a DD Contract planning study
DD Contract

Furniture planning and fulfilment
for larger projects.

For hospitality, development and commercial teams managing quantities, repeated spaces and programme-led delivery.

Different scale.
Different conversation.

DD Contract is the right door when the work involves repeated rooms, larger quantities, phased sites or delivery that must follow a programme: a hotel's guest rooms, a development's show units and handovers, a workplace fitted in stages.

One considered residence belongs with DD Trade. The furniture is the same; the planning around it is not.

How a contract project is run

The project, reviewed as a project

Every contract engagement starts with a review of the brief: project type, location, intended use, the pieces and finishes in scope, quantities, target dates and site requirements. Commercial terms come out of that review, shaped to the project rather than read off a card.

Commercial coverage is agreed in writing at specification, per project. The domestic warranty does not extend to commercial installations.

Repeated rooms, kept in order

Room types are planned once and repeated with their quantities, so forty-two guest rooms read as one decision, not forty-two. The bill of quantities groups the totals, and revisions stay on the record, so what is approved is exactly what is ordered.

Every piece, on the record

Each product carries its recorded dimensions, materials and care. Specification review walks the schedule against the use: finish suitability for the setting, physical samples where the hand must decide, and a clear note on anything still awaiting confirmation rather than a guess in its place.

Planned against the programme

Availability is live on every product. For made-for-you pieces, production timing is confirmed per line in the review, and the schedule marks the decision dates that protect the programme: what must be confirmed by when, and what depends on it. We plan real dates rather than promise universal ones.

To site, in phases

Contract projects deliver worldwide. Across Malaysia and Singapore our own teams finish assembly and placement in the room; further afield, export packing and freight are planned with the project. Everywhere, the delivery plan is sequenced to the programme and agreed before anything ships.

Designed for the project

Contract work can be custom designed to your specification: your drawings or ours, developed with production and priced per project. Custom designs carry minimum order quantities, confirmed at the commercial review alongside materials, timing and cost.

Custom lines, beside the furniture

Joinery, curtains, labour, freight and installation can be carried as custom lines in the project record, so the schedule and the quotation describe the whole job, not just the catalogue. The record stays the one source of truth for approvals.

What project teams ask

What makes a project a Contract project?

Repeated rooms, larger quantities, phased sites or programme-led delivery. A single residence belongs with DD Trade.

Can you hold delivery to our programme?

Yes. The delivery plan is sequenced to your phases and agreed before anything ships, wherever the project is: contract projects deliver worldwide.

Do you take custom designs?

Yes. Contract work can be designed to your specification, developed with production and priced per project. Minimum order quantities apply and are confirmed at the review.

Can non-catalogue items ride the schedule?

Custom lines carry joinery, curtains, labour, freight and installation in the same record, so approvals cover the whole job.

How do commercial terms work?

They come out of the commercial review, shaped to the project. We do not publish flat percentages.

Start with the brief.

Project type, location, quantities and timing. The team reviews it and the right person comes back to you.
