About Our Teak Dining Chairs

A teak dining chair carries the same warm grain as the table it sits at, and a solid teakwood frame stays firm through years of daily meals. Choose a leather seat that wipes clean and softens with use, or a fabric seat in the colour you want, with or without arms.

Sit at them at our Glenmarie flagship before you choose. Delivery across Malaysia and Singapore includes carrying in and placing the chairs at your table.

Questions About Teak Dining Chairs

How many teak dining chairs fit my table?

Allow about 60 cm of table edge for each chair: six around a 180 cm table, eight around 220 to 240 cm and ten around 300 cm.

Leather or fabric seats?

Leather wipes clean and gains a patina with the years; fabric brings colour and softness. Each chair's page shows its leathers and fabrics as swatches.

Will the chairs match my teak dining table?

Each chair's page shows its teak finishes; choose the finish that matches your table, or see chairs and tables side by side at the Glenmarie flagship.

Pulling out a chair
90 cm from table edge to the nearest wall or piece; 120 cm where someone passes behind.
Place settings
Allow 60 cm of table edge per seat, 70 cm with armchairs.
The pendant
Hang lighting 75 to 90 cm above the tabletop.
The rug
A dining rug extends at least 60 cm beyond the table on every side, so chairs stay on it.
