Why we love it

Marine teak frame

High natural oil content keeps the wood resilient against moisture and humidity in bathroom spaces.

Slatted seat top

Spaced wood slats allow water to run off quickly while creating a comfortable surface for seating or towels.

Exposed mortise tenon

Precision joinery provides reliable structural support that withstands daily use over many years.

Integrated lower stretcher

Connecting side and center stretchers reinforce the base frame to prevent shifting or wobbling over time.

The story

Crafted from marine teak with a smooth, slatted top, this bench is built to handle the naturally damp environment of a bathroom. The clean lines and sturdy, square legs offer a grounded presence and a reliable place to rest. Place it inside a spacious shower or along a bathroom wall to hold fresh towels. The natural oils in the teak protect the wood, allowing it to age beautifully and develop a soft patina over years of use.
