The story

The Morison Recta Dining Table brings Scandinavian simplicity and rich texture together. Hand-carved vertical fluting runs along the base to catch the light, showing off the natural variations of the solid teak. Warm brass accents on the rear add a quiet, polished detail. Built to seat six comfortably, this table anchors your dining room with strong lines and a smooth, hand-finished surface. Each piece is unique, showing the distinct grain of the wood.

Materials & care

Indoor Teakwood

Solid teak is the wood the collection is built on. Dense, straight-grained and rich in natural oils, it resists moisture, insects and the wear of daily life, and its colour deepens slowly as it ages. Our teak comes from mature logs, kiln dried to below 12% moisture before it is worked, so it stays stable in a tropical home. It carries SVLK legality verification (V-Legal), with FSC-certified teak where a specification calls for it. Cared for simply, solid teak lasts for generations.

Metal

Metal draws the fine lines of the collection: bases, frames and details. A brass finish over hand-forged metal brings a warm, soft glow and sits easily beside teak, stone and leather; stainless steel, in a fine hairline brush or the Asteroid finish, gives a cooler, more restrained line.
